Kathy (MSW, LCSW-A) is a licensed clinical social work associate serving in the mental health field. She works as a therapist with Blue Ridge Hope.

Kathy grew up in Charlotte, NC after moving from Polk County as an infant. Kathy graduated from UNC- Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in sociology, then received a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She began her career in social work with Gaston County Department of Social Services. Kathy later moved to the field of medical social work including home health, behavioral health qualified professional and case management. Prior to joining the Blue Ridge Hope team she worked as a hospice social worker.
